    American Pan Ireland is established.

    American Pan UK launches ecommerce program.

    Just before the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic hits, American Pan UK launches an ecommerce website to provide bakeries with quick and easy ordering of its stock bakeware.

    BUNDY PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE BAKING SERVICES

    The Synova division is created to provide release agents to bakeries.

    The Bundy Family launches Synova to provide release agents, oils, and spraying equipment to bakeries, thus allowing the Bundy family of brands to offer comprehensive baking services to the industry.

    CUSTOM PAN MANUFACTURING EXPANDS ONCE AGAIN

    FBS Prestige is acquired.

    American Pan expands its operations and adds the American Pan Prestige manufacturing facility through the acquisition of FBS Prestige.

    AMERICAN PAN FINDS A HOME IN SPAIN

    American Pan SE is launched in Spain through partnership.

    Operating in Barcelona, Spain, American Pan SE provides bakers in the Southern Europe region with access to custom bakeware and coatings.

    PAN GLO EXPANDS INTO SOUTH AMERICA

    Pan Glo de Colombia is established.

    Pan cleaning, straightening, and recoating services are made readily available to bakeries in Colombia and surrounding countries.

    BRAZILIAN PARTNER FOR BUNDY BAKING SOLUTIONS

    A partnership established with Cainco Equipment Ltd. in Bauru, Brazil, results in the formation of American Pan Cainco.

    American Pan Cainco provides the same custom, industrial-sized bakeware and coatings as its US counterpart, American Pan.

  10. 2012

    PAN GLO CANADA BEGINS OFFERING SERVICES

    Four Pan Glo plants are established in Canada through the acquisition of Lockwood Manufacturing.

    Pan Glo Canada begins offering cleaning, straightening, and recoating services to bakeries throughout all of Canada.
