    Maintaining the existing equipment and general product offerings, Chicago Metallic acquires Lockwood Manufacturing in order to make its stock bakeware available throughout Canada.

    Chicago Metallic introduces the StayFlat® Sheet Pan.

    Solving the challenge of having a high-quality sheet pan that stays flat while baking, Chicago Metallic begins manufacturing StayFlat® Sheet Pans.

    INDUSTRY LEADER CHICAGO METALLIC JOINS THE FAMILY

    Chicago Metallic is acquired to provide stock bakeware for commercial and foodservice companies.

    Chicago Metallic is added to the Bundy family of brands in order to provide commercial and foodservice operations with convenient sizes of stock bakeware.

    HUMBOLDT WELCOMES CHICAGO METALLIC

    Chicago Metallic moves to Humboldt, Tennessee, USA.

    Chicago Metallic (originally founded in 1898) acquires Ekco/Glaco and moves its manufacturing operations from Lake Zurich, Illinois, USA to Humboldt, Tennessee, USA.
