IBIE 2025: A Recap!

From September 14–17, 2025, the Bundy Baking Solutions team had the privilege of attending the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Commonly referred to as the “Baking Expo,” IBIE brings together baking industry professionals from around the globe to share innovations, explore challenges, and celebrate the future of baking. For us, it’s always a highlight—a chance to engage directly with the industry we proudly serve.

This year’s show was filled with many meaningful conversations and the excitement of showcasing the very latest from our family of brands. As you’ll see in the photos/video below, the energy in our booths reflected our 2025 theme of Designed With Your Bakery in Mind.

West Hall – Bundy Baking Solutions at Booth 2625

In the West Hall, Bundy Baking Solutions was represented by American Pan, AccuSpray, DuraShield, Pan Glo, and Synova. Each brand highlighted solutions that help bakeries of all sizes increase efficiency, improve product quality, and simplify operations.

Visitors to booth 2625 were especially interested in exploring our newest innovations:

• Integra oils – Synova’s next-generation release agent line designed for premium performance without the premium price.
• AccuSpray pan oilers – Release agent applicators designed to deliver precision and consistency while reducing waste.
• Easy pan cleaning designs – Focused on improving pan cleaning capabilities and extending pan and coating life.
• ePAN® technology – Energy-efficient designs showcasing how thoughtful engineering can help bakeries reduce energy use, improve heat transfer, and ultimately lower operating costs.

We had the pleasure of speaking with long-time customers and new faces alike, with each conversation reinforcing our shared commitment to advancing the baking industry together.

North Hall – Chicago Metallic at Booth 6132

Across the convention center in the North Hall, Chicago Metallic welcomed visitors to booth 6132. With more than 300 stock bakeware options available, we were proud to showcase pans for nearly every need—sheet pans, pizza pans, bread pans, muffin pans, and more.

Attendees were able to see and handle the pans, giving them a sense of the durability and craftsmanship that have made Chicago Metallic a trusted name since 1898. Many also took the opportunity to learn about the AccuSpray pan oilers, giving them insight into how bakeware and applicators can work hand-in-hand to improve performance and optimize efficiency.

Highlights, Connections, and Reflections

While show management reported a decrease in overall attendance, the enthusiasm and engagement at both of our booths were stronger than ever. For our team, IBIE was about more than the products on display—it was about listening to bakers’ challenges, discussing solutions, and sharing ideas to help move the industry forward.

One of the highlights for us was seeing how excited visitors were about the breadth of solutions across our brands. Many stopped by with one need in mind but left with a better understanding of how our collective expertise—from custom baking pans to release agents and applicators to pan refurbishment—can support them in multiple areas of their operation.
