“My first job with the company was at the first established Pan Glo plant in Maple Shade, New Jersey; however, my career within the baking industry started much earlier than that. At age 18, I started out as an Assistant Manager at McDonald’s. I then became a delivery route driver for Nickles Bakery in Columbus, Ohio, all before moving on to owning my own Pepperidge Farm cookie distributing business.”

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

• Overseeing the expansion of Pan Glo throughout the United States to what now consists of 15 facilities
• Forming relationships with countless baking industry professionals in order to serve and advance the industry

• Overseeing the US market for Pan Glo
• Managing Pan Glo’s sustainability efforts
• Advancing the functionality and dependability of our world-class coatings, specifically AMERICOAT® silicone glaze

LIFE BEYOND BAKING
