• Served in the United States Army and Army Reserves for 23 years and currently serves as a Colonel and Brigade Commander

• Helping lead the acquisition and integration of our Brazilian, Spanish, Romanian, and Swedish operations

• Oversee new pan design, manufacturing, and sales for American Pan and Chicago Metallic divisions, with facilities in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Romania, Brazil, and Sweden
• Assist in strategic planning and new growth opportunities
