What We Do

We’ve perfected the process for cleaning and recoating baking pans through 40 years serving some of the world’s largest and most demanding bakeries. Our exclusive methodology and coatings prolong pan life and restore optimal performance. In addition to recoating, pan straightening can increase pan life by more than 50 percent. In today’s highly automated bakeries, precision and consistency are essential. Straightening pans can decrease work stoppages due to pan handling errors and prevent damage to equipment, pans, or coatings.


Step 1: Straightening

Hydraulic presses and custom-made dyes remove dents and warping, restoring pans to their original shape.

Step 2: Cleaning

A proprietary cleaning solution removes heavy greases and carbon.


Step 3: Rinsing

Pans are restored to pristine cleanliness.


Step 4: Drying

Pans are dried in industrial ovens before coating and shipping back to you.


Step 5: Coating

Pans are coated with our AMERICOAT® ePlus coating and cured in high-temperature batch ovens.
