Humboldt, TN – Chicago Metallic Bakeware’s brand new StayFlat® Full-Size Sheet Pan with NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) certification is the only full-size sheet pan to provide the strength of a completely enclosed pan rim that meets the requirements of NSF certification.
The NSF StayFlat Full-Size Sheet Pan provides bakeries, restaurants and foodservice operations with sanitation and food safety advantages that were previously only possible from much more expensive sheet pans with open rim designs and without reinforcing wires. Whether cooking or baking, the pan provides numerous advantages over standard full-size sheet pans, including a longer life and its ability to stay flat and produce evenly cooked or baked foods.
Chicago Metallic Bakeware’s NSF StayFlat Half-Size Sheet Pan was named a winner in Foodservice Equipment Reports’ 2015 Smallwares and Tabletop Contest. The annual contest judges products on uniqueness, efficiency, utility, durability and design. With nearly 100 entries and 6 judges, the NSF StayFlat Half-Size Sheet Pan proved its unique, efficient, and long-lasting design to become one of only six winners featured in the November 2015 issue of Foodservice Equipment Reports magazine. With a focus on durability and longevity, Chicago Metallic Bakeware’s NSF StayFlat Sheet Pans are constructed of 16 or 18 gauge aluminum with a high-strength steel band completely enclosed within the rim. A slight horizontal ridge in its sidewalls was engineered to increase perimeter strength by up to 30% over standard sheet pans. Stronger sidewalls and a concave bottom significantly increase the pan’s durability and resistance to warping and bowing. Proudly made in the USA, NSF StayFlat Sheet Pans are available plain or with DuraShield® Non-Stick Coating.
