Benefit Philosophy

We recognize how important it is to provide a benefit package for our employees’ health and financial protection. All active full-time employees are contract to work 40 hours per week and are eligible immediately to benefits, with the exception of Pension contribution in which there is a 3 month waiting period with an automatic enrolment into the auto enrolment scheme:
