PAN TYPE OPTIONS

American Pan Track Rack Oven Style from Bundy

TRAY/RACK OVEN PANS

Tray/Rack oven style pans allow for good air flow in sidewalls and are available with 5/16″ wire in rim or 1/2″ or 5/8″ wide band in rim. This is the most common style bun pan and is compatible with rack ovens.

American Pan Strapped Style Pan from Bundy

STRAPPED STYLE PANS

Strapped sets can be designed using any pan size and configuration. Our strapping is designed to permanently join the pans together using either rivets or welds.

American Pan Channel Frame Pan from Bundy

CHANNEL FRAME PANS

Channel frame pans are designed to endure the force of slam depanning. The frame absorbs the impact of the depanning and protects the moulds or cups. Channel frame pans can be provided with a seamless mould panel, a lock seamed mould panel or grommeted moulds.

American Pan Auto Bake Style from Bundy

AUTO-BAKE PANS

Auto-Bake style pans use an interlocked strap design that permanently joins the high-strength steel frame to the mould panel without welds or fasteners. This eliminates seams and crevices on the perimeter of the baking surface, enhancing sanitation and durability. These pans can be designed to nest for safe stacking of trays when they are not in use.

BUN PAN STYLE PANS

Bun pan style pans are available in band up or band down (inverted) designs. The inverted design provides one of the strongest pan designs available and, like flat type style pans, provides excellent heat flow around the pan. Inverted style pans are not compatible with center guide systems and typically require magnetic or other special indexing.

Optional Features

All pans are available with an application of one of our exclusive non-stick release coatings. You can choose from DuraShield®, the longest-lasting and most durable pan coating in the world, or AMERICOAT® Plus, the industry’s leading silicone glaze system. Either way, you’ll be choosing pans and coatings that are trusted around the world as a best-in-class baking solution.

Increased Strength

Structural Ribs can be added to pans to increase their strength to enable more pans to be stacked together and thus save bakery floor space. Note that structural ribs may require modification to some pan stacker magnets and are not available on flat tray style bun pans. (bun pan style muffin & cake pans only)

Band Material Options – Our high-strength steel band material is available in 1/4″ round or 1/2″, 5/8″, 11/16″ and 7/8″ bands. (tray/rack oven style muffin & cake pans and bun pan style muffin & cake pans only)
